NEW Bespoke Lunch and Learn Workshops

Why not try our bespoke  Lunch and Learn workshops?

Are you looking for new, cost-effective ways to reward and  support  (and thereby, retain) your valuable staff?

Run along the lines of “Lunch and Learn” workshops, these 2 hour bespoke sessions are designed to help your staff identify and address the factors that contribute to their stress levels (at home and at work) on a daily basis, and take responsibility for making changes.

My favourite definition of stress is, “Not knowing what to do next”. For anyone who can’t see the woods for the trees, this workshop will certainly point you in the right direction, and motivate you to take action, leading to real positive change.

In an informal, friendly and respectful environment, attendees will assess their current situation at both work and home, before devising their individual action plans to take them towards their personal and professional goals. Even the smallest of steps can have a big positive impact.

Run in-house, for groups of up to 10, these workshops will leave your staff feeling empowered and motivated to take control of the things that get in the way, allowing them to feel happier and healthier in all walks of life.  Alternatively, if you'd prefer, the workshop could be held in a location of your choice and be combined, for example, with a light lunch.

It is important to note that this workshop does not require the divulging of any personal details in order to be of benefit. If, however, attendees are comfortable contributing, then the ensuing discussion is likely to generate even more ideas.
