The Importance of Employee Engagement

 

Following the wonderful feedback in response to her contribution at the recent CIPD Conference, Tracey is currently working with a number of exciting clients on their Employee Engagement. Increasingly, organisations of all ¨shapes and sizes¨ are waking up to the fact, supported by vast amounts of research, that the engagement levels of staff are key to enduring success and profitability / sustainability.
